Controlling the radiator on the go, via voice commands or according to intelligent algorithms for an improved indoor climate while saving heating costs - the Smart Radiator Thermostat Starter Kit V3 from tado° is the gateway to a new world of advanced temperature control in living spaces.

The Starter Kit V3 can be extended with additional smart (radiator) thermostats. The tado° Extension Kit can also be used to access the central boiler, etc., saving further costs.

The smart radiator thermostat, which is already equipped with a rotary dial for manually changing the temperature as well as an LED display, replaces conventional thermostats and is mounted on the radiator's valve using one of the supplied adapters. Communication with the Internet bridge is done via radio. The bridge is connected directly to the router, allowing access via the Internet using the tado° app. This provides new options for control based on the regulation of individual rooms, a set schedule, the weather forecast or the location. Ventilation times can be controlled based on outdoor air quality (including pollen levels).

The possible integration with Siri, Google Assistant and Amazon Echo allows control via voice commands. In addition, automation via IFTTT can be used to link different devices to create scenes.
