Product Description
Three-bulb pendant lamp Ravena with a chrome-plated finish
Ravena consists of three differently sized glass spheres. It is a pendant light that is ideal for use above a table, where it will exude style and elegance. This is partly owed to the chrome-plated design, which covers a large part of the spheres. Filament bulbs with an authentic look are recommended as bulbs, as they perfectly round off the appearance of the light.

This is not suitable for a bathroom as it only has IP20.

One of the glass spheres got broken while changing the light bulb, I contacted customer service to buy the new glass sphere and was told that they don't sell replacement parts, and have to purchase the whole light. If this were mentioned in the product description, I would have never bought this light. There is a question mark about the companies sustainable development goals.

Unfortunately this information is correct that replacement globes aren't provided by all manufacturers. This light unit would be from one of these manufacturer who only sell the light as a full refund and doesn't allow for purchase of replacement parts.

We would like to apologise that these are not to your liking. The lights can as a result be returned free of charge for a full refund. Our Customer Care team can be contacted by phone or e-mail who will be happy to provide pre-paid return labels for free return.
If these ligths are too long, the cables can be shortened. An electrican can help with this upon installation because the cable should not be cut as this would nulify the warrenty.
