Modern, resilient and ready for more: the ZigBee-enabled LED recessed floor light Brick with motion and twilight sensor

In keeping with its name, the robust ZigBee-based LED recessed floor light Brick comes in classic brick dimensions. "Brick" comes from English and means "brick". Built-in, it is hardly noticeable next to the same, except for its pleasant and uniform illumination. It is made of stainless steel, can withstand loads of up to 500 kg when installed and is also protected against temporary submersion.

Brick can be switched on and off via a switch on the underside. When switched on, the twilight sensor is active and automatically switches the light on at nightfall or off as soon as the sun rises. In addition, the switch can be set to "Mode". Then the motion sensor is also active. It reacts to movements within a radius of one meter and lights up Brick with 100for 30 seconds as soon as a movement is detected.

Brick unfolds its full potential after integration into a smart home system. Then the color temperature can also be adjusted, the brightness can be dimmed and everything can be conveniently controlled remotely via smartphone. About the accessories, the gateway smik is available separately. It serves as a bridge, including free app, which is also compatible with Amazon Alexa. Via this, the recessed floor light can be operated with two settings: at 100% or else at 20% with a pleasant warm white color temperature. This is outside the visible range of most insects, so they are not attracted.

Alternatively, integration with ZigBee-enabled smart home systems from other suppliers is possible. ZigBee handheld transmitters from Paulmann, with which intelligent light control is also possible without a bridge, are also available via the accessories.

Note:

A separate ZigBee bridge or a ZigBee hand-held transmitter is absolutely necessary to use the intelligent light control (warm CCT, operation via app, etc.) (see accessories).
