The Kalahari pendant lamp is designed to embody the golden glowing sun of the eponymous savannah in South Africa, making its surroundings shine as yellow as the grasses. It achieves this through the natural look of the rattan, which resembles the color of straw. The unusual shade with its varied shapes is made by hand and is composed of numerous rattan struts. Thanks to the open design, the light is distributed in the room and creates a cozy atmosphere. Kalahari is equipped with an off-center suspension, which realizes flexible positioning of the hanging lamp. The clear cable, which runs in the nickel-colored canopy, is barely visible and does not distract from the beautiful appearance of the shade.

The pendant lamp belongs to the sustainable lighting collection of the brand Good & Mojo, which is part of the Dutch manufacturer It's about Romi. Through their social engagement with foundations and projects and the conscious choice of sustainable materials, they reduce their ecological footprint, help people and create versatile lighting. For example, through donations they have already been able to support over 6,500 families with solar products and plant over 35,000 trees.
