ABUS Smartvest wireless motion detector

Extension of the Smartvest alarm system: IR motion detector with tamper protection A motion detector is recommended to ensure that rooms are adequately monitored. Designed for and compatible with the secure Smartvest system from ABUS, the detector detects people via infrared heat detection. The battery-operated PIR sensor is not immune to animals and detects an area of approx. 12 metres. The wireless installation is quick and easy, and when the battery is low, the wireless motion detector immediately sends feedback to the Smartvest control centre, which signals via the App that it needs to be replaced. Repeated, independent function tests ensure that the detector is always ready for use. The wireless motion detector can be used for burglary protection, but can also control various home automation systems in combination with other devices. For example, it can trigger a light or open a door when someone enters a certain room. Functions / compatibility - Requires the Smartvest alarm control unit for operation (see accessories) - Can be controlled with the free Smartvest app - If the Smartvest control unit is connected to a Smart Friends system, the wireless motion detector can also be used within the Smart Friends system.
