Toldbod 400 designer pendant light made of aluminium
A simple and attractive design that shapes light - that is the mission of the Danish brand manufacturer Louis Poulsen. To put this mission into practice, the ideas of the design icon Poul Henningsen were used as a basis for the creation of Toldbod 400 with regard to the reflection of the light. Therefore, the inside surface of the aluminium is painted white so that the light is distributed evenly and without glare. The beam of light is directed downwards, which makes it perfect for the illumination of a dining table.
For more than 140 years, Louis Poulsen has stood for first-class lighting concepts that are made of high-quality materials and delight people with their simple but modern designs. The first lights in the Toldbod series came onto the market in the 1980s and are now amongst the real classics produced by the manufacturer.
