Product Description

LED floor lamp Moonsetter with 360 ° rotatable discMoonsetter is a LED floor lamp in whose design the basic geometric shapes of circle, square and cylinder have been fused into a unique, artistic configuration. The floor lamp, made of solid cast aluminum and extruded aluminum, is variably adjustable, because the flat disc can be rotated 360 ° on its own axis, so that the light, the LEDs installed in the cutout of the square element behind an opal cover of silicone, can radiate completely different. The flat disc is aluminum-colored on one side, on the other side it was painted white. Turned towards the white side, the light becomes soft and diffused, while the opposite chrome side reflects the light directly, creating a completely different expression. According to the position of the disc, the light can be directed and thanks to the foot switch on the cylinder, it can not only be switched on and off, but also dimmed continuously. Anne Boysen designed the floor lamp Moonsetter for the Danish lighting manufacturer Louis Poulsen. It is produced in a limited edition with unique craftsmanship, and each lamp receives its own edition number and comes with a certificate. A consecutive number will be engraved. Architect and designer Anne Boysen works at the intersection of art, design and architecture. Her work is characterized by attention to detail, genuine craftsmanship and a sense of timeless aesthetics. The Moonsetter table lamp by Anne Boysen was the winning design of the Next Danish Design Classic competition, which was broadcast on Danish state television in 2020
