The Laguna table lamp with its relatively low-hanging lampshade provides its light in two ways. It provides diffused light, mainly via the semi-transparent material of its conical lampshade, but also direct light. This is the light that emanates from the light bulb and falls directly onto the floor. But it is more than just a light source and is characterised by its delicate finesse. Two light bulb holders rest on a polished brass stand under the wide lampshade. While their diffusers are still visible, the light bulbs themselves are damped. The effect: a light that is easy on the eyes, and which gently illuminates the environment and can also be used for reading, thanks to the direct light.
