Aluminium floor lamp Pasila by the Finnish designer Juho Pasila
The design of the Pasila floor lamp from Innolux can be described as puristically Scandinavian, because the lines have an unmistakable simplicity that is characteristic of the Scandinavian style. Furthermore, its designer Juho Pasila is a Finnish compatriot and combines simplicity with practicality in his designs.
The luminaire body and shade, consisting of round and angular shapes, is made entirely of aluminium. An optical highlight is the textile-sheathed cable that runs from the shade to the bottom.
Juho Pasila is a designer with a focus on furniture design. The Pasila floor lamp named after him is produced by the lighting manufacturer Innolux, also from Finland. Innolux's range offers a cross-section of contemporary Scandinavian design and retro design from the last century.
