Product Description
Shapely LED ceiling light Ciala in three-flame design
Ciala has a quite playful character due to the curved lamp arms, but is also a lighting object that fits well with modern furnishings, because the frame has a nickel surface with satin finish. The shades are three spherical glasses, which are open to the front and create a most pleasant light as soon as you turn on the ceiling lamp. Thanks to the LED lamps, which are already included in the scope of delivery, it can be ensured that one chooses a light with low power consumption and good energy efficiency. In the three-lamp version, Ciala does well in small and medium-sized rooms and provides adequate illumination there.

Yes the light is suitable for a kitchen.
Is this product dimmable/compatible with a dimmer switch please?
Hi Noahs Dad,
You will be able to use this luminaire as a dimmable light in conjunction with dimmable E14 light bulbs which should not be higher than the recommended 4W LED light bulbs. We recommend that you consult prior to the time with your on-site electrician to advise you on a suitable dimmer switch.

Now the light is fitted, it looks very good and throws out a lot of light.
When the first light unit was delivered, one of the glass shades had been broken in transit. I rang Customer Service, and they said they could not replace a single shade alone, so they sent me a complete new light fitting :-) ! I was very impressed by their no-quibble service, and the light fitting arrived in a couple of days.
I was less impressed when connecting the light to my ceiling wiring coming from the light switch. As mentioned in another review I read, you need three arms - one to hold the light unit, whilst at the same time connecting it to the wiring (fortunately my wife lent me one of her arms!). The 'chocolate block' connector was positioned in a very awkward place within the ceiling rose, and I found it impossible to get one of the switch wires into the chocolate block until I had moved the light unit wire on the other side, to give room for my wire.
However, now it is installed, I am very pleased with it.

Hi Villa,
The widest part of these shades have a diameter of 10 cm. The opening at the end of shade has a diameter of 6.5 cm.
