Product Description
Chaja lantern-shaped LED outdoor wall lamp with a useful motion sensor
Chaja suits a modern ambience, even if a lantern shape always has something classic about it, because it is reminiscent of the light sources that existed long before the advent of electric lighting. The LEDs are located in the upper part of the light and the light shines downwards, where it hits a white reflector surface.
At the lower end of the light, a sensor is integrated, which reacts to movement within the detection range. The detection range consists of 6 to 10 metres and the detection angle 120°. The lighting duration can be adjusted from a minimum of 8 seconds to a maximum of 8 minutes. The installation height is 0.5 to 2.5 metres.

No visible bulb means that this is a very eye catching light. My only criticism is that it doesn’t look like I can change the motion detection sensitivity. I’ve put a piece of black tape over part of the sensor as it was going off every time a car passed the house. This has improved things and you can’t see it. Anybody know if there is a way to change the motion detection range?

The installation was straight forward and the light looks fantastic. We were looking for a light that would suit our Georgian Grade II listed property but not look like a cheap reproduction or twee. The simple design with a nod to traditional style works well for us. I'm only giving 4 stars as the light turns on in daylight too ie it detects movement but not current daylight light levels.
