Classic floor lamp Tolomeo Mega LED with white textile shade
The first designs for the Tolomeo lamp series date back to the 1980s. At that time, the designer and architect Michele De Lucchi wanted to design a desk lamp that is maximally flexible and yet stable. He was inspired by Apulian fishermen, who used a mechanism that is similar to that of the Tolomeo desk lamp: movable arms and yet the entire lamp does not lose its balance.
Today, Tolomeo is a modern lighting classic, which is also available as a floor and wall lamp and is now also available with LEDs. The floor lamp Tolomeo Mega LED is equipped with a conically shaped, silky shining textile shade and can be dimmed by means of a cord dimmer. It provides individually adjustable light, e.g. in the reading corner in the living room.
