The Discovery LED wall luminaire with its round aluminium frame and two-dimensional technopolymer diffuser blends harmoniously into any modern ambience and provides a homogeneous light that radiates over a large surface area and is ideal for use as work lighting, for example.
The brightness can be adjusted to individual requirements via an external dimmer. The very good colour rendering of the LEDs makes the colours around the luminaire appear very authentic.
The creator of this decorative and useful LED light source is Ernesto Gismondi, the founder of the manufacturing company Artemide. He opened a lighting company in 1960 in Pregnana Milanese, which made a name for itself worldwide with its high-quality design products and now sells its portfolio in 98 countries. Ernesto Gismondi was already awarded the Compasso d' Óro in 1994 for his professional work and received the European Design Prize in 1997.
